Overview for this Role

We have an exceptional opportunity for the right individual for a Demand Generation Manager, who will be leading efforts in creating and executing innovative demand generation campaigns.  This position will work closely with the marketing and sales groups in defining and executing lead generation programs.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with proven experience with demand generations programs.  If you are a creative thinker with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, Blitzn may be the place for you.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Identify and qualify potential new business leads through collaborative and innovative demand generation programs.
  • Manage, from development to execution, integrated demand and lead generating programs that build a pipeline of sales-ready leads.
  • Align campaigns with product development initiatives, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor moves to continually improve results.
  • Manage lead generation project timelines, ensuring all campaign activities are executed on time and as planned.
  • Direct and develop the creation of sales support tools for lead generation campaigns, including phone scripts and email templates to help drive the conversion of qualified leads into opportunities.

You're Qualified for this Role if You Have...

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing, business or communications)
  • 3-5 years of B2B demand generation experience
  • Proven and verifiable track record in creating and executing ROI-driven marketing campaigns and lead generation programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Highly motivated and committed individual.
